The Retreat
Nature Nurture Nourish is a restorative, community-centered retreat in Treasure Beach, Jamaica that combines wellness, creativity, cultural experiences, reflection and connection to help participants reset, recharge and realign. This retreat is for anyone looking for a meaningful pause from day-to-day life rather than a traditional vacation.
Treasure Beach
Treasure Beach is a group of fishing villages on the south coast of Jamaica, in the parish of St. Elizabeth. This is the Jamaica that most tourists never experience, with no all-inclusive resorts or private beaches in sight. Rather, it’s about community-based tourism, where the typical barriers between locals and tourists don't exist.
The community was heavily impacted by Hurricane Melissa (and Hurricane Beryl just 15 months prior to this), so visiting the community through Nature Nurture Nourish is a wonderful way to support the return of tourism and the recovery of the area.
Your Hosts
Nature Nurture Nourish is hosted by Meghan and Ramya. We met in Treasure Beach on Christmas night in 2023 and instantly connected. Treasure Beach has grown to be a very significant part of both of our lives and we’re so excited to share it with you once again!
Accommodation
Treasure Beach offers many beautiful choices of accommodation. Our current villa partner is Rainbow Tree Villa. Known as the most beautiful private beachfront villa in Treasure Beach, Rainbow Tree sits directly on the Caribbean Sea and is spread out over four acres. A gorgeous setting for magic to unfold!
